Central to Phoenix:

Woodlawn Park Neighborhood lies in Central Phoenix. Bounded by Indian School Road and Clarendon Ave, 15th Avenue to 11th Avenue.

History Has It:

Approved in 1946, Woodlawn Park is the Valley’s first sub division completed in 1949 for American veterans returning from World War II.

Community Driven:

The Woodlawn Park Neighborhood Association is not an HOA, we’re a volunteer group of neighbors focused on the betterment of the community. We meet quarterly and are funded by grants and donations.
